You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, by e-mailing us at orders@purelivingcollection.com, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

We hope you will love your purelivingcollection purchase. Should you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you return it to us within 3 months of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and with the original packaging, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange.
Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information (link to product information page) page or the instructions on your products’ washing label as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.
Returning your Pure Living Collection Product
Returned products should reach us within 3 months of receipt with a completed returns form. The returns form will be sent to you under separate cover with the invoice, along with the invoice (or on the reverse side of the invoice). A returns form may be obtained by emailing us as returns@purelivingcollection.com. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Please ensure that all returns are packed and labelled carefully. Goods are returned to Pure Living Collection at your own expense. We recommend you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Should you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. Please be advised our address for all returns is:

Please note that replacements for exchange or damaged goods will not be despatched until the original item has been received and undergone a quality control check at our warehouse. Should you need to return an product from outside mainland UK please e-mail us at returns@purelivingcollection.com.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of returned items. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments including shipping charges. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
