Best Pillows for Side Sleepers - a Firm Support Pillow

Did you know that the way you sleep determines the best pillow for you? We basically sleep most comfortably when the muscles in our head and neck are totally relaxed.

If you are a “side sleeper”, your head and neck need to be in a HIGHER position than if you sleep on your front or back, to ensure it is kept straight and aligned with your spine. Only then can you totally relax. To acheive this optimum "MEDIUM-HIGH" level of support you may prefer to sleep on either ONE or TWO pillows. Where:

Should you be a side sleeper whom prefers to use 2 pillows. We recommend you:

  • Achieve the correct height with a medium support under-pillow
  • Rest your head on a soft top pillow
